LEWIS'S has flooded water company United Utilities with complaints over problems with its supply to its city centre store.
Bosses at the Renshaw Street store claim pressure has dropped significantly, sometimes leading to total loss of supply and resulting in the closure of public toilets and cancellation of some beauty treatments in the shop's salons because not enough water has been pumped to their roof-top tanks.See the full content of this document
