WE have just visited the Scotland Road area of Everton and were horrified by what we saw (in the cholera outbreak of 1849, 2,000 of the 5,000 recorded cholera deaths were in the Vauxhall and Scotland Road area).

The residents living there are literally sick and tired of living this way.
