A FORMER care home manager who claimed her employers forged inspection documents has won her case for constructive dismissal.
Carole Boden, a 62-year-old care manager at Polder Care homes, also told a tribunal in April she was bullied after refusing to fake a series of routine inspections.See the full content of this document
