IT WAS inevitable Paul Wellens would get aU the publicity after St Helens' 53-10 win over Catalans Dragons on Friday.

If you score four tries you deserve it. But here's the funny thing that occurred to me about Wello's performance. It was more or less the same as usual! Okay, he doesn't always get four tries, but in every other way it was the same old Wello. People call him Mr Consistent. It's a nickname that doesn't really do him justice. If it wasn't such a mouthful Mr Consistently Outstanding would be nearer the mark.
