IT'S a debate, it seems, which will not go away - should standing areas be reintroduced to our football grounds? This, of course, is an incredibly sensitive issue in Liverpool, a city which is still campaigning for justice on behalf of the 96 victims of Hillsborough. But the positive legacy of the disaster was the safety of future generations of football fans, thanks to the introduction of all- seater stadia.
