IT'S tempting to think of Have I Got News For You (BBC1, 9pm) as a pensioner in a smoking jacket, sitting in a Chesterfield chair and raising a contemptuous eyebrow while surveying young whippersnappers like Mock the Week and Eight Out of 10 Cats.
