Michael Rock is the fastest man ever to swim in the 100m and the 200m Butterfly.Hemade his breakthrough onto the senior international scene in 2008 when he qualified for the Olympic Games, making an individual semi-final in the 200m Butterfly and swimming in the final of the men's medley team relay. Last October in Delhi, hewon the silver medal in the 200m Butterfly at the Commonwealth Games.

WELL, we're now approaching the business end of the season with trials for the World Championships in Manchester less than a month away, but today I'm taking a break from all that as I write to you from sunny South Africa with a milkshake in hand and parasol over head! It's a hard life!
