SEVERAL weeks ago I used this column to complain that, compared with my other Six In The City colleagues, I never get invited to any sort of opening, bash, event, award or occasion.
Well never doubt the muscle of the ECHO because only a month after my complaints had been published I did get an invitation to go where non-columnists can only dream to tread, and what made it all the better was the fact I'd been wanting to do this for some time.See the full content of this document
