A RUNDOWN Liverpool city centre building is the first to be awarded a grant under a pounds 4.5m scheme to regenerate abandoned historic sites.
The Georgian building in the Rope Walks area in Seel Street will be turned into bars and offices after receiving apounds 225,000 share of the funding. The grant has come from the World Heritage Site Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI) which aims to breathe new life into old buildings in the Castle Street and Duke Street areas.See the full content of this document
