Outspoken and informed, Birkenhead's MP writes for you WHAT does Gordon Brown think he is playing at? What am I, and more importantly you, to make of this week's Queen's Speech? Soon after he became Prime Minister Gordon Brown and I had a few meetings in quick succession. At each event I made a simple plea.
