Summary
I DO not apologise for mentioning the sorry state of the old Festival Gardens site and its neglect.
It is a disgrace to everyone concerned, particularly Liverpool City Council and the North West Development Agency. This quango has pounds 400m from the Government for the area. It could have and should have waded in so this prize asset could be restored, instead of which we have valuable plants neglected and the whole concept has been allowed to go to rack and ruin.See the full content of this document
