A HIGH Court ruling has upheld new laws to stop services discriminating against lesbians and gays.
Fines of up to pounds 15,000 can be levied against anyone who withholds services based on sexuality. However free speech has been kept. This means a couple who owned a B&B couldn't discriminate against a gay couple staying, but would still have the freedom to state their opposition.See the full content of this document
