ON Thursday, July 30, my father was at the bus stop in Old Swan waiting for a bus to take him to Whiston hospital were he was about to under gochemotheropy.
It was 9.24 am,when the heavens opened. An Arriva bus pulled up with two passengers on board. My father knew his pass wouldn't let him on the bus until 9.30 but as he was dripping wet he asked if he could get on , were he was told no, before the driver closed the doors and pulled off.See the full content of this document
