GREAT Britain picked up five more medals at the European Championships in Budapest yesterday to take their overall total to 12, but there was crushing disappointment for Rebecca Adlington.
Gemma Spofforth and Lizzie Simmonds claimed their second one-two of the week in the 100 metres backstroke, albeit with the order reversed, Liam Tancock was second in the 50m backstroke, Hannah Miley added the 200m individual medley bronze medal to her 400m title with the women's 4x200m freestyle relay team third in the final event of the session.See the full content of this document
