I AM writing to say a heartfelt thank you to all the singers and supporters who came to a carol concert for the charity Action for Children in Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.
More than 700 people came along to watch children from Emmaus Church of England and Catholic primary, All Saints Catholic primary, St Mary's College preparatory and The Hamlets preparatory sing festive songs. The Great Sankey high school Swing Band from Warrington and the cathedral junior choir and choristers helped out, making sure the Christmas season got off to an excellent start.See the full content of this document
