Summary
AS I look back at the 23 years since I did my bit for law and order as any able citizen would have done under the circumstances, by catching a couple of Post Office robbers (ECHO, March 13, 1985), I realised just how badly the policies of two successive governments during that time have failed in preventing the depravity within our society, specially among the younger generation, from growing to the level it has reached today.
I salute all the other citizens who, in these past years, have also chosen to stand up to the yobs and criminals who seek to undermine the peace and security a civilised society like ours was meant to enjoy.See the full content of this document
