HAVING read the story in the ECHO regarding the dyslexic man (April 13) I am somewhat puzzled as surely a "crime" is a crime.
If a thief can be prosecuted years after the event if proven guilty, same for murderers and rapists, then why should the three- year law only apply to certain cases is that not discriminatory?See the full content of this document
