ROOKIE judo star Amy Livesey has hit the gym hard in preparation for the European Youth Olympic Festival - and insists she is fighting fit to provide an upset in Finland this week.

The 15-year-old from St Helens cut a dejected figure at the European Championships in Slovenia last month as she crashed out at the second round stage in the 63kg category.
