AN INQUEST was due to be opened today into the death of a mum-of- two who was trapped under her car in a freak de-icing accident.
Andrea Southern, got caught under her black Fiat Panda at around 7am on Wednesday in Wickham Close, Widnes. It is thought the engine started as she was de-icing and the car rolled back on the driveway, dragging her under the front wheels.See the full content of this document
