WAYNE Jackson today became the 10th Festive Fugitive of the ECHO's Christmas and New Year crime campaign.
The 28-year-old, from Halewood, was part way through a six-and-a- half year prison sentence at HMP Kirkham, near Blackpool, for importing Class A drugs but he absconded from the open prison on March 18.See the full content of this document
