WORK began this week on Europe's biggest media screen, soon to appear on the side of Liverpool's St John's shopping centre.
The 91m wide by 10m tall wall will include a 21m by 7m screen, similar to Times Square in New York and Piccadilly Circus in London, flashing up information on Capital of Culture and local events.See the full content of this document
