LIVERPOOL'S reborn festival gardens will be ready in time for Capital of Culture, developers say. The consortium behind the scheme unveiled its multi-million-pound masterplan for the overgrown 82- acre grounds last night.
It said the top priority was opening the gardens, including the much-loved Chinese and Japanese gardens, to the public again by the end of 2007.See the full content of this document
