Summary
MY FATHER died last week at Fazakerley Hospital. The staff were marvellous. But I was dismayed to find out that we had to pick up his death certificate just three days later from the same ward in which he died.
So after weeks of going up in the same lift, to the same ward to watch dad dying, we had to go up in the same lift, to the same ward to pick up the death certificate. Surely it would be kinder to bereaved relatives to allow them to pick up the death certificate at a hospital administration office.See the full content of this document
