THE health service's "shameful record of exploitation" in relying on overseas doctors to treat its patients has been con-demned by the Halton-based chairman of the British Medical Association.

James Johnson said the UK,even after more than 50 years of the NHS, was still dependent on foreign staff. He also condemned the government's record on public health, especially issues such as smoking in public places and sexual health.
