GRAHAM -CATHRINE, August 27, 2009. Peacefully at Woodlands Hospice, Aintree, aged 64 years. Beloved wife of Peter, much loved mum of Carol, Sue, Debbie, David and Paula. Cathy will be deeply missed by all her Family and Friends. Service at Christ Church, Bootle, on Thursday September 3 at 12:00 noon, followed by cremation at Thornton Crematorium.
