ONCE again it was a very proud day for Merseyside on Thursday (December 1), both for Liverpool and New Brighton with the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh visiting the two wonderful Liverpool buildings and afterwards the other side of the Mersey to the brilliant New Brighton Floral Pavilion.
