IT WAS a case of putting his money where his mouth was! Fed up of leaving restaurants feeling disgruntled and disappointed, Terry Owens decided there was only one thing to do-set up his own.

Now, the only thing the former property developer is building is a reputation - as a successful restaurateur! Terry, 38, from Childwall says: "I have been into many restaurants from economy to the more expensive, and ended up moaning at a lot of them.
