A NURSE in charge of a 31-bed Wirral nursing home was found asleep while two care assistants attended to patients, a hearing was told.

The discovery was made during an unannounced 2am spot check by the home manager Julia Beard and her deputy Dawn Holland after a care assistant made a complaint about Sejo Sany
