TIM CAHILL is ready to put his body on the line against Chelsea after admitting he relishes clashing with the Premier League's toughest defenders.

The plucky Aussie could be asked to lead Everton's attack again at Stamford Bridge, in a reprisal of a role he occupied during the Blues last away outing at Manchester City when he suffered a badly bruised shin courtesy of a Vincent Kompany challenge. Cahill, 31, recovered from the knock, which Sunderland captain Lee Cattermole has insisted was deliberate, to face Liverpool the following week and says he will pull no punches against another uncompromising opponent, John Terry, on Saturday.
