IN a sign they are to get serious about the Super League licensing criteria relating to stadia, the RFL sent warning letters to five clubs this week. The clubs concerned are believed to be Castleford, Salford, Wakefield, Celtic and St Helens.
All five made commitments to make significant progress towards getting a new ground or upgrading their facilities by the time the new licensing process gets into full swing in 2011.See the full content of this document
