BANKERS are not the flavour of the month for obvious reasons, and they also have some undesirable habits. One is their own profits, and another is their BACS system.
BACS stands for Bank Automated Credited System, and I give the banks no credit for this arrangement whereby money is paid into a customer's account, or is supposed to. It is a system which enables the bank to sit on money of the customer, without notification of its receipt, and enables money to be earned, other than properly in my view, until the bank is rumbled.See the full content of this document
