The stage show of the HG Wells classic at New Brighton's Floral Pavilion on Thursday, November 17, also features strings from the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Liverpool comedian Pauline Daniels, Phil Jones from Up And Running and, taking the original Richard Burton role as narrator, Radio Merseyside's Roger Phillips.
