JIMMY ANDERSON has set his sights on securing a regular place in the England team after claiming a five-wicket haul on his comeback to enable them to claim a commanding lead over NewZealand in the second Test.

The 25-year-old Lancashire seamer grabbed five for 73 as New Zealand were dismissed for 198 on the second day at the Basin Reserve to earn England a 144-run first innings lead, which was extended to 148 after they reached four without loss in reply by the close.
