HAVE found out that there is outline planning permission for two houses on the plot of land directly across from the house I want to buy.
It was approved in February 2000 and so is almost expired, but I am nervous that the applicant may try to extend permission or submit a full application with specification of the properties to be developed. It seems that the person who made the application no longer lives in the property. Is a planning application tied to the applicant, or is this irrelevant?See the full content of this document
