THE Coastguard today started a week of industrial action ahead of the second proposed strike in its 154-year history.
From today until 7am next Friday, all Coastguard stations, including Crosby station, which monitors the River Mersey as well as the coast from North Wales to South West Scotland, will answer only emergency calls.See the full content of this document
